Purpose

To carry out alteration additions, repairs, to house/flat, already financed by the bank, or otherwise.

Eligibility

As applicable to Housing Loan.

Loan Limit

70% of estimated cost of repairs, additions, etc. as certified by qualified engineers / architect or a contractor, subject to maximum of Rs. 2 Lacs.

Repayment Period

36 to 48 months.
